- Bend your knees slightly.
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width
apart, back straight and stomach sucked in.
- Hold your arms out to the side and
bend them at the elbows, forming right angles.
- Pull your arms together in front of
your body, parallel with your chest.
- Hold the position for a count of five,
and then release.
- Repeat ten or fifteen times for three
or four sets.
Inclined Pectoral Press
If you do not have an incline board or adjustable exercise bench,
you can still do this exercise using a bit of ingenuity. Just
grab some firm pillows and set them on the floor to form an incline,
and then get started. Here are the steps to follow:
- Lie on your back with the pillows
under your upper back and head.
- Holding your 3-5 lb dumbbells in
your hand, place your arms on the floor, bending your elbows in
ninety-degree angles to your body.
- With your arms at this angle, lift
the dumbbells up and over your chest to meet in the middle.
- Slowly lower your arms back down to
the floor.
- Repeat a dozen times for three sets.
While it is true that these breast
enhancement exercises might not yield the dramatic and instant
results brought about by plastic surgery, they most certainly
have their advantages! For one thing, no painful surgery, recovery
time, or scarring. In addition, by making these exercises a part
of your daily routine, you will not only be improving your aesthetic

Steroid or hormone therapy is another option with regard to male
